TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Only after a quote has been given and is agreed by the client
shall a non-refundable booking fee of £50.00 be payable.
2. Full payment of the booking would be required no less than 7 days
prior to the event. You are able to cancel the event up to 3 days
before and should you have already paid the full cost you will
receive a cheque back for this, although the initial £50 booking fee
will be non returnable.
3. It is the clients responsibility to ensure all music licence
costs are paid for the event (most hired venues have this
already).
4. Freestyle Entertainment has full public liability insurance up to
£2 million. All our equipment is PAT tested regularly.
5. Once booked, Freestyle Entertainment will only be able to operate
for the hours stated at the time of booking. Should a booking need
to be changed at any time prior to the night, this can be done free
of charge, but it has to be stated 5 days prior to the event.
6. Freestyle Entertainment will not operate smoke machines or strobe
lights, unless specifically requested. It is the clients
responsibility to ensure everybody attending the party is ok with a
strobe light or that (if it's a hotel) smoke machines are permitted. |
