How many years have you been a DJ for?
I have been DJ’ing for over 15 years, as a mobile disco and as a bar DJ in well known high street bars including Lloyds Number 1 bar, Yates and Reflex.
Why don’t you have different packages like other discos?
My rates are based entirely on the event you require. I will bring the right sound and lighting for your venue, all for one set price.
Can I meet you?
I actively encourage this. You’re very welcome to meet with me before booking, to ensure that I’m the right fit for you. On top of this, I will be in contact with you right up to your wedding, including a planning session to go through all of the finer details to ensure the night runs smoothly.
Do you need a deposit and when is the balance due?
To secure the date, a deposit of £150 is required. The outstanding balance is then due at least 1 week ahead of the event. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation.
What methods of payment do you accept?
Payment can be made via bank transfer or credit/debit card payment. I can also arrange for cash or cheque by request. Please allow additional time for a cheque to clear.
Do we receive a written contract?
Not only do I provide you with a contract, but I also give you full written confirmation of my attendance once you have booked.
What will you wear?
This is entirely down to you! Where there isn’t a dress code request, I will wear smart trousers and a shirt. Otherwise, if you have dress code requirements, please let me know.
Are you insured?
Yes, I have £10 million Public Liability Insurance. Most venues require the mobile disco that you book to have this level of insurance.
Do you charge VAT?
There is no VAT, and no additional charge to the prices quoted.
Where will you set up?
This is entirely up to you! I can add my advice to where the best location is, but I am very happy to take your direction to ensure I fit in with your requirements. All that is required is 2 x 13 amp sockets for the equipment
Can you set up earlier in the day?
As long as this is requested at the time of booking, I can quote accordingly and schedule the set up time in to my diary correctly.
We want to book a band as well – can you work alongside them?
I often perform with bands, and will work with the band to co-ordinate the evening smoothly between the two entertainments. I do need to know in advance of the event so that this can be planned properly to avoid any issues on the day.
